Parking is free up to 3 cars. Please park as near as possible to Soví dom house.
When booking the whole villa, you will have access to all 3 apartments, the common area and the veranda. You will be the only guests in the villa.
Yes, it is available in each apartment with its own regulation system. The heating will be set to 20 degrees before your arrival. The historic stoves can be used only upon request.
A QR code is available at the entry of each apartment to easily connect your smartphone to the Wi-Fi.
70+ channels can be watched via the application O2TV. Netflix is available without an account connected.
- All three apartments have a toaster, a microwave oven, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, a hair dryer, a coffee maker, an induction hob and a refrigerator with freezer.
- Apartment No. 1 also includes a popcorn maker, a blender, a food processor, an oven, and a dishwasher.
- For apartment No. 2 and 3, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Guests can use them during their stay upon request.

Dogs are welcome to stay at Sovi dom, the price is of 10 EUR per dog per day. If you stay for more than 5 days, we can discuss of a one time fee.
