The largest mining lake in the Banská Štiavnica region — ideal for summer swimming and a gateway for the hike to Sitno mountain.
Access from Soví dom
Accessible by car from the road between Svätý Anton and Banská Štiavnica. A round-trip trail to Sitno starts from the lake, approximately 5 km long with an elevation gain of 324 m (approx. 1 hour 45 minutes of pure walking time).

Parking is available in the vicinity of the lake.
