The villa stands right in the village of Svätý Anton, by the manor house with its English garden and woodland park. Guests staying with us don't need to arrange transport – they can walk back to their apartment even after midnight.
For wedding guests, that means comfort no matter when the celebration ends.
Accommodation for up to twelve people
The house has two separate apartments – each with a bedroom, bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Together they accommodate one group of up to twelve guests.
Couples and smaller families thus stay next to one another, each with their own privacy.
One inquiry for the whole group
We handle a group of wedding guests as one whole: a single non-binding inquiry with the dates and number of people is enough, and we arrange the split between the apartments with you.
In the inquiry, simply tell us how many guests will stay overnight and which nights you need.
We are preparing for 2027
Soví dom has been closed to guests since 1 October 2026 due to renewal. We plan to reopen in 2027. The possibility of holding your event will be confirmed according to the date and the readiness of the spaces.

How many guests can the house accommodate?
The house accommodates one group of up to twelve guests in two apartments. Each apartment has its own bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen.
Can we also rent the manor house or its park?
No. Soví dom offers accommodation in a historic villa. The manor house, its English garden and the ceremonies held there have their own management – we are happy to point you to them, but it is not part of our offer.
How do we book accommodation for wedding guests?
Send one non-binding inquiry for the whole group – state the number of overnight guests and the wedding date. We will reply with a suggested split between the apartments.
