The whole house for family and friends
Renting the whole house means both apartments for one group – together it accommodates up to twelve guests, while each apartment keeps its own bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. A larger family or a group of friends thus stays under one roof, with every couple or family having its own privacy at the same time.
A shared weekend in the region
The whole house is a good base for spending time together beyond the villa walls:
- Walks and picnics in the historic park and woodland by the manor house, a few minutes from the villa.
- Trips into Banská Štiavnica – UNESCO sights, restaurants and the mining reservoirs for summer swimming.
- Shared cycling routes or viewpoint hikes that the group can adjust to its own pace.
How renting the house differs from the manor house and park
Soví dom is a private historic villa with accommodation – that is our offer. The manor house in Svätý Anton with its English garden and woodland park is a separate property managed by its owner, and the park is open to visitors too. During your stay you have it practically on your doorstep; ceremonies, rentals of the manor house's premises or guided services are provided by others.

How many people can stay in the whole house?
The whole house accommodates one group of up to twelve guests. We do not provide communal dining for all twelve – each apartment has its own facilities and shared spaces are arranged individually.
How are the apartments arranged in the whole house?
The house consists of two separate apartments, each with a bedroom, bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Your group has both at its disposal, so no one has to make do with shared spaces.
Can we hold a celebration in the house?
Celebrations are handled individually – see the Family Celebrations page and send an inquiry with an approximate number of people.

Naše najkrajšie Vianoce
V Sovom dome sme boli v novembri, a tak sme si zamilovali toto miesto, že sme sa sem s celou rodinou vrátili hneď aj na Vianoce. Je to úžasné miesto s dušou, kde si človek neskutočne dobre oddýchne. Majitelia boli veľmi ochotní a ústretoví - nachystali nám živé stromčeky, na vyžiadanie nám dali aj drevo do piecok, ktoré tam majú, lebo bežne sa v nich nekúri. Celá rodina bola totálne nadšená, nikomu sa nechcelo odchádzať - pre nás to boli asi najkrajšie Vianoce, ďakujeme! Odporúčame absolútne všetkým, ktorí majú radi útulnú rustikálnu až domácu atmosféru - ešte dodám, že kuchyňa v najväčšom apartmáne je perfektne vybavená a nájdete v nej všetko, od umývačky riadu až po naberačky, múku, čaj a podobne. Do domu sa zmestí veľa ľudí a všetci majú súkromie a komfort. Top ubytko

Soví dom - krásne miesto
Soví dom - krásne miesto, prostredie, mali sme všetko čo sme potrebovali. Bolo nás 11 dospelých a 2 deti. Viem si predstaviť prísť znova s rodinou :)
